It plays an important role in providing key services to those at the bottom of the pyramid. When successful, they face an important challenge: how to expand their operations and innovations to meet the social need at a larger scale. Scaling is defined as the most effective and efficient way to increase a social enterprise's social impact, based on its operational model, to satisfy the demand for relevant products or services. This session will address the challenge of scaling up social enterprise innovations, how to position a social enterprise etc.

He has more than 20 Yrs of experience in the innovation domain and in the implementation of large scale projects. He is the Managing Director of M/s.Alterneit lifestyles (P) ltd currently involved in aggregating innovative livelihood solutions. Vinod is also strategy advisor to 10 start ups. Also serves as the Board Member of Global Change Makers Alliance which has presence in 23 countries based out of HongKong. Akshaya-world’s largest ICT centre project, eToilet- First unmanned electronic toilet, Insight- Kerala’s first Blind Computing Centre, Sandesh One- Positioned to become the largest Livelihood Solution Aggregator and to support in achieving Sustainable Development Goals.are some of the major projects implemented by his team.
