Startups Valley TBI CEO's Meet-up

A CEO meet up was organized by Startups valley TBI on march 12th 2017 at Startups Valley TBI. The Programme was aimed at making CEO’s of various company’s working in Startups Valley TBI meet each other and share their experience being a startup, the milestones they achieved, success stories and the hurdles they faced.

Meeting was presided over by Prof. Sherin Sam Jose, CEO Startups Valley TBI. Thirteen CEO’s participated in the meeting. The meeting started with a silent prayer followed by self-introduction. Then the CEOs shared their experience in registering their company as a startup and discussed advantages and disadvantages of different types of registration. This helped the student startup companies to learn about registration and it’s procedures.

Then the discussion moved on to the development of each startup. It helped the CEO’s to know each other, thus sharing information, helping each other and working as a team and thus growing together would be possible.

Discussions were also made regarding importance of student startups, various support and funding schemes available for startups, how to get registered for funding schemes and importance of management of finance.

Students startup CEO’s were happy and enthusiastic about the meeting and suggested that organizing such meeting at regular intervals would be a great motivation and would help them to learn from other companies and their experience. Hence it was decided that CEO MEET UP would be organized every month.

The meeting ended at 4.00 PM with tea.
