Patent Support Scheme

Dear All, Greetings from Kerala Startup Mission! Kerala Government's 'Patent Support Scheme' provides support to start-ups and student entrepreneurs who are able to secure a patent. As per the Kerala Technology Start-up Policy 2014 ( https://keralastartupmission. wordpress.com/tag/kerala- technology-startup-policy/ ), the cost of filing and prosecution of the patent application will be reimbursed to the start-ups registered with #KSUM, subject to a limit of Rs. 2 lakh per Indian patent awarded. For foreign patents on a single subject matter, up to Rs.10 lakh would be reimbursed. The reimbursement will be done in 3 stages, during filing, prosecution, and award.
